2nd TICAP International Conference

I blogged in December about TICAP (The International Coalition Against Prohibition) and their 1st world conference which took place on 27-28 Jan 2009 (the conference the EU tobacco control nutjobs barred from taking place inside the cabal’s lair for fear of the truth getting out) .  Now their back with their second world conference to take place on Monday 15th March 2010 under the heading: A Celebration of the Life and Work of Gian Turci*.
Details of the 2nd world conference of TICAP are as follows:

*Gian Turci was a founder member of TICAP and FORCES.  Sadly Gian passed away on Tuesday the 10th of March 2009.  I put this video together in homage to that great man.

A Celebration of the Life and Work of Gian Turci - Bravo.
I can think of no better title for the 2nd TICAP conference and I congratulate those who chose to honour Gian's endless toil against prohibition in this way.
Again I say Bravo!
