I blogged in December about TICAP (The International Coalition Against Prohibition) and their 1st world conference which took place on 27-28 Jan 2009 (the conference the EU tobacco control nutjobs barred from taking place inside the cabal’s lair for fear of the truth getting out) . Now their back with their second world conference to take place on Monday 15th March 2010 under the heading: A Celebration of the Life and Work of Gian Turci*.
