Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year to all our readers
Hello Big Yin! Happy Christmas to you and all the little Yins and your readers! Greeting from Icy Chicago! Thanks for the interesting link in your comment. Too bad Gordon didn't do a similiar card...ha ha. Would have made lots of fun for everyone!
Have a wonderful prosperous New Year too, and I hope you can vote out the horrid labour gov't and try to take back some of your freedoms. There is no smoking anymore inside in Chicago either, not in pubs, restaurants, anywhere. I don't smoke, so I don't mind...but I don't like that they are acting like nanny's and taking away our FREEDOMS!
Amazing Bunni you live in a lovely and glorious country and I am incredulious at seeing how your ammendments are attacked and being virtually ripped up by the present set of politicians over there. The property rights issue does not pass by me, nor does it pass by my readers. I think it is the right of every property owner to admit whomever they like into their establishment. The US constitution has a long history of defending the property rights of of it's citizens and free enterprise. Smoking bans fly in the face of this.
It is music to my ears to hear a non-smoker defending the rights of property owners to decide who they let into their establishments, smokers, non-smokers etc. There could have been a compromise but the nannyists won...for now.
Sorry to be so heavy at 11pm on a Christmas Eve. The free world (well, almost free) needs people like you, don't let the USA fall under deceit and lies.

Hi Again Big Yin! Thank you for your kind words. It is very distressing to see America being destroyed from within by the horrid politicians. I fight as best I can, with my little blog and my feisty nature!
Chicago is the wost city for Property Owners and their rights, we can't even have guns to defend ourselves and houses, but all the criminals are shooting people left and right...the ones that the obama state loves to reward, you know the poor, misunderstood "brothers" in the hood.
Anyway, I try to keep my blog more entertaining lately, cause If I start complaining on every horrid thing going on, I'll just depress myself. Thanks again for your kind words and support! Cheers! And enjoy the weekend and have a few smokes for me ;-)
