After years of telling us that smokers don't really enjoy smoking and that it's just a psychological illusion, Indian anti-smoking fanatics have bucked the trend.
It's officially a 'pleasure' according to them. Unfortunately, their passive smoking analogy tends to suggest that sparking up is akin to setting fire to your dad's head.
Same hyperbole, same ludicrous nonsense, same detachment from reality. They can't photoshop for toffee, either.
Still, it's interesting to see that tobacco controllers in India are as mentally-imbalanced as their counterparts in New Zealand and the US.

What about the dangers of PASSIVE SHITTING from all the cows in India?
Ah, India DP, that bastion of rude health. I'm off to Calctta/Kolkata (who new they had rebranded eh,) For my holls...oh, wait..
* It is always advisable to carry medicines for common ailments.
* Drink only mineral water. Avoid drinking from outside. Carry your own water bottle, if possible.
* Do not eat uncooked food.
* There is a dearth of healthcare facilities in the rural areas, so preferably stay in urban areas.
* Talk to your doctor and enquire about any kind of immunization, if required.
Sod it, think I'll go to Blackpool.
*Calcutta*
I love the stars at the bottom of these articles, TBY. They're great for knowing when I've hit a chord - the mention of mental imbalances always raises enough anonymous anger to stir the one-star awarding watcher into action.
Thereby illustrating that rabid anti-smokers are not only mentally imbalanced, but also crashingly stupid.
Like shooting fish in a barrel. :-)
This is really strange. The anti-smokers literally call smoking a pleasure - and I have never heard them make such a slip-up yet. They always imply the opposite, that it's horrible and awful and everyone really wants to quit and blah, blah, blah. But in this, they use the word "pleasure". Maybe they are turning into pro-smoking advocates, if they're advertising it as pleasure. Tobacco companies once advertised it as pleasure. Now anti-smoking is advertising it as pleasure. Something's changed, overnight.

I like them too. I can't remember where I got the code for the stars DP, been such a long time since I added them. Glad they are helpful.
