Guys, it's clearly a pisstake. Just go to the youtube and see that the bloke that done this says it is not an anti smoking vid. That's why I tagged it as parody.

I sussed it was a spoof when it muddied the quit message with the STD message - the NHS isn't that strapped for cash for propaganda.
